What is soft washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mold, mildew and algae instead of blasting them off. It's safer for paint, stucco and siding than a pressure washer.
Is it safe for my plants?
We pre-wet and physically cover plants before we start and we never spray in windy conditions.
How often should I wash my house?
Once a year keeps most Marin homes looking good. North-facing walls and shady lots may need it more often.
Do you remove cobwebs?
Yes. Cobweb and spider nest removal around eaves, windows and doors is included with house washing, and we also do it as a stand-alone service.
Do you wash decks and fences?
Yes, with a gentle low-pressure wash. We clean only; we don't stain or seal.
