Most single-story homes run $165 to $225 for inside and out, and two-story homes run $275 to $325. Exterior-only is usually $50 to $75 less. We give you an exact number before we start.
Are screens and tracks included?
Yes. Every inside-and-out job includes cleaning your screens and wiping out the tracks and sills.
Do you need a ladder for second-story windows?
Usually not. We use a water-fed pole with purified water, so we can clean high exterior glass safely from the ground and it dries spot-free.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Most Marin homeowners do it two to four times a year. Spring and fall are the most popular, and we offer recurring service so you never have to think about it.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only work, no. Just make sure we can get to the side and back yard. For inside work, someone needs to let us in.
