Pressure Washing FAQ
How much does pressure washing cost in Marin?
Flat concrete is $0.40 per square foot with a $150 minimum. Brick runs $0.40 to $0.50, and flagstone and pavers cost a bit more because the joints need extra care.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers or brick?
Not the way we do it. We drop the pressure and use the right tip for brick and pavers so we don't blow out the joints.
Do you wash decks and fences?
Yes. Wood gets a gentle low-pressure wash so it doesn't splinter or fuzz. We clean only; we don't stain or seal.
Can you get oil stains out?
We can lighten most oil stains a lot. Old, deep stains may not come out completely, and we'll tell you up front.
Do you need water and power?
Just an outdoor spigot. We bring everything else.
