Will pressure washing damage my roof?
It can. High pressure strips the protective granules off asphalt shingles and can void the warranty. We use a low-pressure soft wash instead.
How much does roof moss removal cost?
It depends on the roof size, pitch and how heavy the moss is, so we quote on site for free. Most homes are priced as one flat number.
Is the treatment safe for my plants?
We pre-wet and physically cover your plants and landscaping before we start, and we never spray in the wind.
How long until the moss is gone?
Loose moss is removed the same day. Anything left is killed by the treatment and washes off over the next few rains.
What roof types do you clean?
Composition and asphalt shingle roofs are most common. We look at tile and wood shake roofs in person before quoting.
